NIK KARANGIOZE
Chief Operating Officer
Nik serves as our Chief Operating Officer, bringing over a decade of experience in the optical field along with a strong background in team leadership and operations management. Originally from Lowell, Massachusetts, he has worked across a range of optometric settings, from private practices to corporate environments, giving him a well-rounded perspective on patient care and business operations. Nik is passionate about building efficient systems, supporting his team, and delivering an exceptional experience for every patient. His leadership is driven by a commitment to service, growth, and continuous improvement. He currently resides in Milford, New Hampshire with his wife and two children. Outside of work, Nik enjoys staying active, focusing on health and nutrition, and spending quality time with his family.
JILLIAN
Doctor's Assistant
Jillian works closely with Dr. Radakovic to help make every patient visit a great experience. Before joining Inspire Vision, she worked at another optometry office in Manchester, NH, where she discovered her love for the world of eye care. Coming from the restaurant industry, Jillian wasn’t sure what career path she wanted to take — but once she found optometry, she knew she had found her passion. She’s excited to continue learning and growing in the field while helping patients see their best. Jillian lives in Hill, NH, and when she’s not at the office, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and soaking up the sunshine at the beach in the summertime.
ANDREW
Optician
Andrew has been an optician since 2021 and has dedicated his time to building his knowledge and refining his skills in the industry. He takes great pride in helping patients not only see clearly but also look and feel their best in their eyewear. Andrew’s approachable personality and commitment to excellent care make him a valued member of our team. Outside of the office, Andrew enjoys spending much of his free time fishing.
