When you purchase a qualifying pair of premium Varilux progressive lenses out of pocket (without use of vision insurance), you will receive a FREE second occupational pair designed to support prolonged close focus tasks.

Which products are eligible for this offer?
Qualifying pair must include Varilux® XRseries™ (design or track) OR Varilux® Physio® extensee™ (extensee or extensee track) progressive lenses with Crizal® Sapphire™ HR or Crizal® Rock™ No-Glare Treatment and Transitions® (GEN S™ or XTRActive®). The second free pair must include Varilux® Immersia™ (mid or room) — clear or Essential Blue Series® — and Crizal Easy®. If Transitions or any other add-ons/upgrades are included in the second pair, the first and second pair deal will revert to PAIR 50 discount rules. BOTH pairs of lenses must be ordered from the same lab, on the same day, for the same patient.

Does the qualifying pair have to be Private Pay? 
Yes, the first pair must be private pay only. Jobs using managed vision care benefits will not qualify for this promotion.

Are frame purchases required for the first and second pairs? 
Frame purchase is required with the bonus free pair of lenses. 

Can my practice receive additional discounts or rebates on the second pair? 
No rebates or other offers may be applied on top of the Varilux Perfect Pair Promotion. The second Varilux Immersia and Crizal Easy pair will be free, as long as the first qualifying pair is Varilux XR series (design or track) or Varilux Physio extensee (extensee or extensee track) with Crizal Sapphire HR or Crizal Rock AND includes Transitions (GEN S or XTRActive).

Can I purchase multiple qualifying private pay pairs for myself?  There is no limit to the number of qualifying private pay pairs a patient can purchase, for which they can receive a bonus pair for each.
